The foundation of our company is based on the motto “Customer Satisfaction to customer retention.” We manufacture a wide range of Welding Consumables that includes Welding Electrodes like General Purpose, Low Hydrogen, Low Alloy steel, Stainless Steel, Hard Facing, and Low heat input for abreaction /repairs & maintenance purposes. We are a leading supplier in Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Agra, Himachal Pradesh, Panipat, Haryana, Punjab, Haridwar, Rudrapur, Dehradun, Ambala, Karnal, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar. All Grades of GTAW& GMAW Wires.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Our manufacturing facility is situated at B-5, Sector-A 5&6, UPSIDC Tronical City Loni, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR) & Head Office in New Delhi.

We have two sets of highly efficient modern extrusion lines with an online printing facility & adequate warehouse facilities. The annual production capacity of welding electrodes is 3500 MTs in a single shift & we have five sets of highly efficient Mig Wire lines with Layer winding facilities & adequate warehouse facilities. The annual production capacity of MIG wire is 3000 MTs.

We have deployed a force of experienced personnel for quality control and production fully equipped quality control department has been established which includes a Welding lab, Chemical & Mechanical testing lab with experienced personnel for quality control. The quality control department follows the laid down quality system in line with the standards and specifications adopted from the incoming material testing, through in-process testing up to the final product testing and packaging.
