Electrode for Cryogenic steel ALPHA 8018 C1

ALPHA 8018-C1 is a basic coated, low hydrogen type electrode specially for weld nickel alloy steels, used for their high ductility, Toughness and resistance to the embrittling effects of subzero temperatures. The electrode is easy to operate in all conventional positions and gives smooth arc, medium penetration and fewer spatters. The welds are of radiographic quality.

It is a best suitable electrode for welding of 2.5% nickel steels. For fabrication of parts, subject to low temperature service, Refinery, pressure vessels and valves.
