Electrode for High Tensile Low Alloy Steel ALPHA 8018 G

ALPHA -8018-G is heavy coated, low hydrogen, Iron Powder type electrode for welding of high tensile fine grained steels. The electrode is easy to operate in all positions and gives smooth arc, medium penetration and low spatter. The weld is of radiographic quality.

It is best suitable electrode for low alloy steels such as Si-Mn Steels, steels containing Ni up to 1.0%, & medium tensile like BH39 BH47, BHW27, and BHW30 etc.
